Booking terms
- A 30% advance is paid directly to the owner to secure the booking; the remaining 70% is paid on arrival.
- Refundable deposit: €500 (returned if all is well).
- Free cancellation one week after booking (for last-minute reservations, two weeks before arrival, the deadline is 48 hours).
- Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
- Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking villa.
- Payment methods: cash (on arrival), bank transfer, credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard…).

Pay a 30% advance
The booking is secured when you pay 30% of the price directly to the owner by bank transfer or another way agreed with the owner; the other 70% is paid on arrival.

Confirmation and arrival
After the payment you receive a confirmation of payment and booking. Check-in is from 4 pm.

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am on the last day. Luggage drop-off before check-in or after check-out is possible.
